They had traveled to the capital to seek the help of specialists in fulfilling their dream of having a child \u2014 and ultimately achieved their goal. At the event, they met one another and shared their joy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the celebration,&nbsp;<strong>Saltanat Baikoshkarova<\/strong>, founder of Kazakhstan\u2019s first in vitro fertilization laboratory, and&nbsp;<strong>Minister of Healthcare Akmaral Alnazarova<\/strong>&nbsp;addressed the guests and congratulated the children and their parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe came here today to see just a part of the results of the&nbsp;<strong>\u2018Ansagan Sabi\u2019<\/strong>&nbsp;program, which was launched in 2020. Over the past three years, since the program began, more than&nbsp;<strong>7,000 children have been born in Kazakhstan through in vitro fertilization<\/strong>. Previously, the state budget funded 1,000 IVF quotas for people wishing to have children through this method, but following an instruction from the President, the number of quotas was increased sevenfold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At that time, many prospective parents were waiting for their turn, and the waiting period could reach seven to eight years. Today, thanks to the annual allocation of&nbsp;<strong>7,000 quotas<\/strong>, the waiting period has been reduced to&nbsp;<strong>12 months<\/strong>. Even by international standards, this is a good result,\u201d the Minister told the media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She also noted that the effectiveness of the&nbsp;<strong>\u2018Ansagan Sabi\u2019 program<\/strong>&nbsp;is in line with leading international standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOver three years,&nbsp;<strong>21,000 quotas<\/strong>&nbsp;were allocated, and 7,000 of them resulted in the birth of healthy children. This is also an excellent result by international standards. Specialists from the&nbsp;<strong>Ecomed Center<\/strong>, reproductive medicine experts, scientists, and parents spoke about the high effectiveness of the \u2018Ansagan Sabi\u2019 program and presented a number of proposals. Most of them concerned the scope of services and reimbursement rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I believe that all of these issues can be resolved through consultation with specialists. People can also see that this program, initiated on the instruction of President&nbsp;<strong>Kassym-Jomart Tokayev<\/strong>, has made treatment more accessible. We also have a sufficient number of specialists.
