Conditions of embryo cultivation

EMBRYOSCOPE PLUS provides the most stable conditions for embryo cultivation. The temperature is controlled by direct heating, and the air is purified through HEPA/VOC filters. The built-in gas mixer creates conditions with a reduced oxygen content. Small incubation chambers quickly restore cultivation conditions after opening the door. The incubator holds 15 cups of 16 embryos each. The lighting is located outside the dangerous wavelengths and has a low total exposure to light energy. Continuous monitoring and the time-lapse system allow to obtain images of all embryos in several focal planes, providing the highest image quality without stress for embryos.

Artificial intelligence IDAscore

Timelapse systems (Primo Vision, Embryovisor and Esco MiriTL) are installed on the Kazakh market, which record video of embryo development, but do not have advanced artificial intelligence. IDR, in contrast, assigns a score to each embryo based on an algorithm generated by deep learning in a neural network. This helps predict the viability of embryos in the EMBRYOSCOPE PLUS incubator.

IDC assigns objective scores to each embryo, reflecting the implantation potential, which helps embryologists make decisions about embryo transfer or freezing. The solution support module transmits data on 115,000 embryos from 18 clinics, including patients of different ages and known clinical results. Comparison of an embryo with 7,500,000 photos of other embryos is possible only for the trained artificial intelligence system IDC.
