The Code of Honor for faculty members outlines standards of appropriate behavior, ethical principles, and moral values that every faculty member of LLP “AIRT – Ecomed” must adhere to.

  • A faculty member of the academy is a professional engaged in teaching, research, consultancy, diagnostic, and social activities.
  • Faculty members are responsible for the quality of education, scientific research, consultancy, clinical and diagnostic services at clinical bases, and mentoring of learner.
  • Faculty members fulfill their teaching workload in compliance with standards, requirements, and regulations outlined in legal acts.
  • Faculty members continuously enhance their professional skills, sharing knowledge and expertise at conferences of various levels, thereby contributing to the academy’s mission, vision, and strategy.
  • Faculty members serve as mentors, promoting integration and internationalization into the global scientific community and fostering the professional growth of young specialists.
  • Faculty members are obligated to actively foster civic and patriotic values, tolerance, respect for traditions, and the history of the country among academy learner.
  • Faculty members must cultivate and develop a conscious attitude among learner toward preserving moral, ethical, and traditional values of the academy; respect the dignity of learner and avoid unfounded accusations, rudeness, and tactlessness.
  • Faculty members actively oppose corruption (fraud, bribery, abuse of power) as a threat to their personal reputation and the academy’s standing.
  • Faculty members, as adherents to the academy’s policy and corporate spirit, must maintain the organization’s image in all aspects of their work.
  • Ethical and moral violations by faculty members are subject to review by the Academic Council of the academy.

Violations of the Code of Honor and other rules are subject to disciplinary and administrative penalties.
